Draw two straight lines with dark contour on both sides of the nose; the line should start at beginning of eyebrows and go downward to end of nose.
Apply highlighter on the nose bone between the two dark lines from up to down. If the tip of your nose is large, apply highlighter starting from up until you reach the middle of the nose, leaving its tip dark to make it look slimmer and narrower.
Blend contour and highlight with a fine brush from down to up; be careful not to mix the lines together.

Contouring a long nose to help make it look shorter by following below steps:
Apply dark contour on tip of nose and on side dimples.
Draw two straight lines from tear line to end of nose with dark contour.
Apply highlighter on nose bone from top to middle of nose to make the nose look slimmer and shorter.

Apply the dark contour to the sides of the nose; start from beginning of eye brow to end of nose to make your nose look longer.
